Banana Bread

You’ll need:

  • 150g Self-raising flour
  • 80g White choc drops
  • 80g Dark choc drops
  • 75g Brown sugar
  • 25g Coconut
  • ½ tsp Bi-carb soda
  • 1 cup Mashed banana (approx 4 medium bananas)
  • 250ml milk
  • 100g Butter (melted)
  • 2 Eggs

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 170. Grease a lined loaf tin.

Mash banana in a bowl; add the eggs and milk and mix to combine

Next all of the dry ingredients into the bowl, mix to combine

Lastly add the melted butter and gently mix in. Pour mixture into the lined tin and bake in the oven for approx. 40 mins then check and put on for an extra 10min if needed.

Cool in tins or eat warm if you prefer…….. yum
