Home Delivery is available to Launceston and surrounding suburbs only. However you may order Freeze Dried Meals only for delivery outside of these areas.
Home Delivery in Launceston and surrounding suburbs is $5 per order.
Home delivery cut off for same day delivery is 11am Monday – Friday with delivery service departing approx 1pm and Saturday 10am cutoff for delivery service departing approx 12pm.
COVID-19 Restrictions: We must have contactless deliveries by leaving all deliveries at the door and will then send all customers a message that we have left the delivery there. Someone must be at home on the allocated delivery date to accept your order. If we are delivering to a residence where someone has COVID-19 we request that full disclosure of this is stated at time of purchase in the notes and contactless delivery will be organised.
We only deliver products ordered to a location where we provide delivery services. During the ordering process, you need to select a date for us to deliver your order to you. We will aim to deliver during the date that you have selected. However, if we are unable to do so, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements. We deliver your order to the front door of the delivery address provided, unless otherwise requested.

READY MADE MEALS AND MEAL BOXES
Ready made meals and meal boxes will be ready for collection from Alps & Amici from 2 business hours of placing order, just state a time you wish to collect your order instore. We will send a confirmation of collection time.

Delivered to your address if in Launceston and surrounding suburbs if you select this option at checkout as per above regulations.
PLATTERS
Will be ready for collection from Alps & Amici in 24 business hours. Delivery is NOT available for platters.
HAMPERS
Will be ready for collection from Alps & Amici in 48 business hours, or will be delivered to your address if in Launceston and surrounding suburbs if you select this option at checkout.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Will be ready for collection from Alps & Amici in 2 business hours or will be mailed out to the recipient today (or next business day if outside of business hours) if you select this option at checkout.
FREEZE DRIED MEALS
Will be ready for collection from Alps & Amici in 2 business hours, or will be delivered to your address if this option is selected at checkout.
