Meal Boxes and Grocery Boxes can be delivered or collected in-store. An email will be sent with a collection time or delivery notification during business hours. For more specific information on home delivery, see FAQs below.
GIFT HAMPERS
Gift Hampers can be delivered or collected in-store. All Gift Hamper orders require up to 2 business days (48 hours) before they are ready to be collected or available for delivery. An email will be sent with a collection time or delivery notification during business hours. For more specific information on home delivery, see FAQs below.
PLATTERS
Platters can be collected in-store only. All Platter orders require up to 1 business day (24 hours) before they are ready to be collected. An email will be sent with a collection time during business hours.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be delivered Australia-wide or collected in-store. Gift Vouchers will be ready to collect in-store 2 business hours after placing your order, or will be mailed out to the recipient the same day (or next business day if placed outside of business hours) if delivery is selected.
FREEZE DRIED MEALS
Freeze Dried Meals can be delivered Australia-wide or collected in-store. Orders will be ready to collect after 1pm on the date specified, or will be mailed out to the recipient the same day (or next business day if placed outside of business hours) if delivery is selected.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you deliver to my house?
Home delivery for Meal Boxes and Gift Hampers is available to Launceston and surrounding suburbs only. This includes postcodes 7250, 7249 and 7248. If you are not located within this zone, you will have to collect your order in-store or arrange your own courier.
How much does home delivery cost?
Home delivery is $5 per order. For orders over $100 we will waive the delivery fee!
When will my order be delivered?
Order before 11am Monday – Friday for same day delivery. You can also select an alternate delivery date at checkout. Orders are delivered between 1-4pm depending on your area.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday – Friday except public holidays. Saturday delivery is no longer available — all Saturday orders must be collected in-store.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
You will receive an SMS message when your order has been delivered. If no one is home on the date allocated for delivery, we accept no responsibility for the condition of the goods once we have left the premises. All Meal Boxes are packed safely with ice packs to keep refrigerated goods safe and secure for delivery.
