Pasta Sauce

You’ll need:

  • 1 ½ cups cream
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • ¾ cup parmesan (finely grated)
  • Sea salt & white pepper to season

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Cook pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water. Drain & return to saucepan.

Add cream mixture to pasta to coat. Serve immediately.

* Add fresh herbs, cured meats or roasted tomatoes to add a twist – whatever is in season!
