This is a British Classic dessert. The secret to a good Bread & butter pudding is using good quality bread or pastries but they must be stale. So we save our left over bread & croissants from our artisan bakers and make this delightful dessert for you to enjoy. With some dried fruit added to the egg custard mixture our chefs have truely stuck to the traditional flavours of this Classic dessert.
