Roasted seasonal vegetables, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese & greens in a ready to heat base of whisked free range eggs & cream, golden on top and tasty in the middle. Our full frittata will feed at least 4 – 6 people, when adding a green salad, makes a super nutritious meal for the whole family.
- Serving Size: Approx. 1.2kg (Whole frittata).

- Serving Suggestion: Remover plastic wrap and place frittata on a tray. Place in moderate oven for approx. 25 minutes or until heated through.
