Sally’s ‘Chicken and Chips’!

You’ll need:

  • Marinated chicken thighs from our meat fridge
  • Alps and Amici Jus
  • Onions
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Potatos

Method:

  1. Chop potatoes into wedges or thick chips, whatever your preference is, and marinate in oil, salt and pepper, thyme, and oregano
  2. Cut onions into quarters
  3. Place potatoes and onions in roasting pan
  4. Add salt and pepper to lemon herb chicken thighs and then place on top of potatoes and onions
  5. Put in hot oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes
  6. Take out and pour Jus all over
  7. Put back into oven for another 30 mins
  8. Then serve and enjoy!
