Sally’s ‘Chicken and Chips’!
You’ll need:
- Marinated chicken thighs from our meat fridge
- Alps and Amici Jus
- Onions
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Olive oil
- Potatos
Method:
- Chop potatoes into wedges or thick chips, whatever your preference is, and marinate in oil, salt and pepper, thyme, and oregano
- Cut onions into quarters
- Place potatoes and onions in roasting pan
- Add salt and pepper to lemon herb chicken thighs and then place on top of potatoes and onions
- Put in hot oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes
- Take out and pour Jus all over
- Put back into oven for another 30 mins
- Then serve and enjoy!
