The number one rule when serving cheese is to always serve it at room temperature. This means removing the cheese from the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serving the cheese at room temperature allows the complex flavours of the cheese to develop which brings out its true aromatics and taste.
Also, remember to not overcrowd the cheese plate. Overcrowding with too many options restricts you from savouring and truly enjoying the cheeses you have on display.
