An Alps & Amici classic. This one goes way back to Daniel’s Strathlynn days when he served it in his vineyard restaurant and became a staple. Using his own spice blend he marinades pieces of Landfall lamb and then cooks it together with coconut cream. This dish is super aromatic without any heat, another one for the kids.

- Serving Suggestion: Place unopened cryovac bag into boiling water for 15-20 minutes, serve with our Cumin Rice.
