Complex and fruity with wonderful natural crispness and lingering flavours on the finish. Our Rieslings are brilliant with any Tasmanian seafood and is perfectly paired with fresh oysters or Blue-eye or Trumpeter. This wine will age gracefully for 5 plus years or drink young as a fresh introduction to your meal.
