An Alps & Amici classic. This one goes way back to Daniel’s Strathlynn days when he served it in his vineyard restaurant and became a staple. Using his own spice blend he marinades pieces of lamb and then cooks it together with coconut cream. This dish is super aromatic without any heat, another one for the kids.
Contains: Lamb, onion, spices, garlic, coconut cream, salt, pepper, white rice.
Serving Suggestion: Place unopened cryovac bag into boiling water for 15-20 minutes, reheat rice in microwave on high for 60 seconds.
