This curry is a classic North Indian dish and is a wonderful blend of golden Nichols chicken pieces in a mild curry sauce with creamy spinach blended through. Super healthy this curry is a great way of getting some extra green goodness into the little ones. Mild to medium in heat.

Serving Suggestion: Place unopened cryovac bag into boiling water for 15-20 minutes, reheat rice in microwave on high for 60 seconds.
